Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
With regards to your rating for explanation of treatment, did you feel the explanation not detailed enough? Or did you not feel like this question applied in your case?
We are disappointed to hear you are not a fan of the improvements we have made to our patient lounge. Out of interest, what is it specifically that you do not find as comfortable as the old set up?
