The hygienist was very good and clearly explained what she was going to do, her findings, and what I should do going forward. She did this in a professional and friendly way. The practice has developed significantly over the past 20 years. It is very efficient. It seems important not to be so process driven that you lose the equally important attribute of putting the customer first.
