The Receptionist was busy when I arrived - she didn’t even acknowledge me with her eyes . A delivery man who had arrived before me was also trying to get her attention - but she was ambivalent to him too. Maybe it was lunch time and therefore not fully staffed but for an expensive dental practice a little customer care would be appreciated . – How would you describe your overall experience?
