Dear David,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
We always try out best to see patients that are in pain or have an emergency within 2 business days, if not on the same day.
As they have a very large and loyal patient base, your clinician does book out a few weeks for routine check ups. May I suggest that we schedule your routine appointments when you are in the practice?
