I am very sorry to hear you experienced discomfort during your appointment. I would really like to discuss your comfort of treatment rating/comments with you in a bit more detail. We are going to give you a call today so that we can understand what was specifically uncomfortable (i.e. dental chair, treatment itself, etc) and to make sure you are comfortable, happy and pain-free in the future.
