Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Regarding your question about your appointment being coded as an "emergency" appointment. It was charged through as such by the dentist as it was not a routine check up or maintenance appointment. However, you were not actually charged any fee for the emergency appointment itself, only for the treatment you had done on the day. I will send you a statement from the day to help clarify.
