Dear Jenna,
Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
There seems to be some confusion about the discount we offered as a courtesy for a limited time for Zoom! Whitening.
I will would like to discuss this as well as Practice Plan with you in more detail. Is there a time today or next week which would be best for me to reach you by phone?
