Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
Regarding the 7/10 rating for comfort of treatment, I am very sorry to hear you experienced discomfort during your appointment. Can you tell me what was specifically uncomfortable (i.e. dental chair, treatment itself, etc) so we can try and improve? Next time please do let the treating clinician know during treatment and we will do everything we can to ensure you are more comfortable.
