Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback, which I will discuss with our team. It is much appreciated and really does help us to improve the service we offer to our patients.
With larger courses of treatment like you have just had, we try our best to communicate the details the treatment involves in a treatment letter for the patient to refer back to throughout the treatment timeline. We do apologise if we did not detail your treatment enough both in the letter and at each appointment.
I will make a note in your chart to remind your clinician of your communication preferences so that we can ensure you are comfortable during your future appointments here. To answer your question, your crown was porcelain bonded onto chrome and the fitting surface onto the implant is titanium. If you need clarification for anything, please do not hesitate to ask.
