Great to walk in and get the usual very friendly greeting from Mandy and Nikki. As ever John was super 😊😘 Meeting Lois for the first time was very good, very nice person and excellent care, her nurse was so nice and caring too - sorry cannot remember her name 😟 As always it was such a pleasure to see the lovely Mandy again we rate her very highly. – How would you describe your overall experience?
