Very friendly staff. Very professional and helpful, no problem other than the oversight on letting the dentist know that I was waiting which resulted in me sitting in the waiting room for a half hour before I inquired if the dentist was available. Staff were very apologetic and I received a small discount on the treatment by way of a further apology. No harm done. β How would you describe your overall experience?

Unfortunately my comments may come across as negative but my circumstance's make life very tricky, added to which there was a very rude white βvending machineβ van parked in the disabled bay, who when challenged was rude. The lift isnβt large enough to take my scooter and thirdly you do not have a disabled toilet!! Apart from that as always John and Lois were fabβ¦. β How would you describe your overall experience?
