Regarding your 9/10 rating for comfort, I am very sorry to hear you experienced discomfort during your appointment. Can you tell me what was specifically uncomfortable (i.e. dental chair, treatment itself, etc) so we can try and improve? Next time please do let the treating clinician know during treatment and we will do everything we can to ensure you are more comfortable.
