A temporary veneer was created to replace one that had broken off. Unfortunately the temporary veneer fell of the following day, so I have had to make another appointment. This is not the fault of the dental practice, which has been excellent in speedy responses to the problem my teeth present. – How would you describe your overall experience?

With regards to your rating of 6/10 for explanation of treatment - Did you feel the explanation not detailed enough, or that it was inconvenient for the temporary to come adrift? Unfortunately, temporary restorations can sometimes come adrift, especially on front teeth, with the force of eating and/chewing. Try to avoid undue pressure in that area until we place the permanent restoration. I will reach out to you today to make a suggestion about expediting the restoration.

Regarding your kind feedback about Dayle, he very sadly left us in January to work closer to home. During his notice period he made a point of letting his patients know that he was leaving during their visits, I am sorry if you were not made aware. Dvija has taken over Dayle's patient list, she has been with us for some time now and is an established and well loved member of our team who puts patient care at the top of her list of priorities when treating patients. I was disappointed to note that you rated us 6/10 for your welcome into the practice, what would we need to do in order for you to rate us 10/10?
Regarding your comment about the cost, we do offer a monthly payment plan for patients who wish to budget for their routine treatment, this plan also offers a discount on some treatments. In addition, we offer a finance facility for those patients opting to spread the cost of larger courses of treatment over a longer time period. If you would like any further information on either of these points, please do not hesitate to give me a call.

Sometimes, if the first couple of patients arrive even only a few minutes late it can throw us off for the whole session and we end up playing 'catch-up'. Again, apologies, we understand how annoying it can be.

With regards to your comments about our fees - let me explain. Our fees are calculated after addressing a number of variables - 1) Viewing pay scales of other practices who offer similar treatments - 2) Taking into account the training and vast experience of our clinicians 3) the standard/level of care that we provide 4) the quality of materials used 5) the technological innovation available at the practice.
Our aim is not to compete with other practice's on cost, but to provide the very highest standard of care/dentistry possible whilst continuing to invest in team training / development and innovation.
We do understand that this may be out of reach for some patients, this is why we offer a monthly membership plan to enable clients to budget monthly for their routine care whilst enjoying healthy discounts of any treatment they may require. We also offer extended payment options for patients undergoing lengthier courses of treatment.
