Regarding your comment about the cost, we do offer a monthly payment plan for patients who wish to budget for their routine treatment, this plan also offers a discount on some treatments. In addition, we offer a finance facility for those patients opting to spread the cost of larger courses of treatment over a longer time period. As pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be. The 5 rating on comfort was related to the necessary treatment by the hygienist. I am happy with the treatment! If I flossed more often she would not have to work so hard! No complaints! – How would you describe your overall experience?

I have been seeing my dentist at this practice for over 25 years. I have the utmost trust in him and really couldn't care less in the comfort of the waiting room etc . In my opinion this only adds to the already very high expense of your dental treatments. The receptionists are delightful and very helpful but nonetheless I feel filling out this questionnaire is totally unnecessary. – How would you describe your overall experience?

With regards to the parking, we feel lucky that we are the only practice in Weybridge that offers parking for 8+ patients, plus disabled parking. We are unable to increase the size of our parking bays at this time, however, there is a paid car-park at the bottom of the road and Morrisons offer free car-parking for 90 minutes, I'm not sure if the parking bays at either of these locations are any bigger, but it may be worth a try.

A temporary veneer was created to replace one that had broken off. Unfortunately the temporary veneer fell of the following day, so I have had to make another appointment. With regards to your rating of 6/10 for explanation of treatment - Did you feel the explanation not detailed enough, or that it was inconvenient for the temporary to come adrift? Unfortunately, temporary restorations can sometimes come adrift, especially on front teeth, with the force of eating and/chewing. Try to avoid undue pressure in that area until we place the permanent restoration. I will reach out to you today to make a suggestion about expediting the restoration.

Joyful! How often do you hear that?! Eben is a glorious dentist--ever so competent and friendly, and his team of assistants perform their duties with panache and élan.
