If I can say that going to the dentist is fantastic, it was. The Team is welcoming, friendly, professional and soothing. Mine was a painful experience as I had implants but Dr. Styger did everything he could to make it less painful and apologising every time I flinched. very good indeed ,except I was charged £104 for cleaning which took 15 minutes ! that is £400 an hour rate ,it may be reasonable for many but I am retired now and it is equal to one week of pension ! I have to stop doing this now . – How would you describe your overall experience?

Just to follow-up on your comments about mobile phone usage in the waiting area.
The team discussed this at length at our meeting this week. We agreed that it would be difficult and somewhat unfair for us to ban our patients from using their mobile phones in the waiting area, a lot of patients use their phones to access work emails and often work when waiting for their appointments. What we can do however, is ask that patients step outside into the hall if they need to make a phone-call.
