We are sorry to have kept you waiting at your last appointment. Sometimes we find that if the first patient of the session arrives a little late it can have a frustrating knock-on effect to our whole day. We don't like to keep our patients waiting as we appreciate they have busy diaries and time is precious, so again, apologies.

With reference to your other feedback in regards of a free hygiene appointment yearly for loyal patients - this would be almost impossible for us to implement. Current national guidelines express the need for patients to visit their hygiene for a professional clean twice yearly, if we were to give 1 visit foc, this would in effect amount to a 50% discount on patient charges, and as we class all regular patients as 'loyal' you can imagine the financial impact this would have on the practice as a whole.

However, what we do do is offer patients a discount off tooth whitening, or give patient free 'goody bags' when they see the hygienist, that kind of thing.

Top rated as always. The only down side, at the risk of being a nit picker, is the parking situation which has been a problem from day one at the new premises. Much worse than at Portmore Lodge which was always very relaxed. This is a major factor for we patients who have to travel a long distance to remain in your practice. 100 mile round trip in our case. We also have to bring our dog in the car which is our choice I know but which is a necessary further encumbrance so some shady parking has to be found, often impossible. – How would you describe your overall experience?

With regards to the car park. It's a difficult one. I think we are the only practice, certainly in Weybridge, that has parking for 10+ patient cars. However, I can certainly see from your point of view travelling such a long way how annoying it must be if there is not a space available. I'm not sure if you are aware that Morrisons next door offer free car-parking for up to 90 mins, and this would almost certainly be in the shade for the dog! The other alternative is scheduling an early morning appointment and arriving a little early to ensure you get a space. I do hope this helps.

I have had a good look through our magazines this morning, yes there are quite a few parenting magazines, but there are also some cooking, golf, history and interior/home magazines. What is lacking though are some really good 'woman' magazines! So I will look at putting this right asap!

Mine was a painful experience as I had implants but Dr. Styger did everything he could to make it less painful and apologising every time I flinched. He is a very good dentist and very charming, and I have recommended his implant treatment to a number of people. Gi – How would you describe your overall experience?

very good indeed ,except I was charged £104 for cleaning which took 15 minutes ! that is £400 an hour rate ,it may be reasonable for many but I am retired now and it is equal to one week of pension ! I have to stop doing this now . – How would you describe your overall experience?

Hope you are well.

Just to follow-up on your comments about mobile phone usage in the waiting area.

The team discussed this at length at our meeting this week. We agreed that it would be difficult and somewhat unfair for us to ban our patients from using their mobile phones in the waiting area, a lot of patients use their phones to access work emails and often work when waiting for their appointments. What we can do however, is ask that patients step outside into the hall if they need to make a phone-call.
