Top rated as always. The only down side, at the risk of being a nit picker, is the parking situation which has been a problem from day one at the new premises. Much worse than at Portmore Lodge which was always very relaxed. This is a major factor for we patients who have to travel a long distance to remain in your practice. 100 mile round trip in our case. We also have to bring our dog in the car which is our choice I know but which is a necessary further encumbrance so some shady parking has to be found, often impossible. – How would you describe your overall experience?

With regards to the car park. It's a difficult one. I think we are the only practice, certainly in Weybridge, that has parking for 10+ patient cars. However, I can certainly see from your point of view travelling such a long way how annoying it must be if there is not a space available. I'm not sure if you are aware that Morrisons next door offer free car-parking for up to 90 mins, and this would almost certainly be in the shade for the dog! The other alternative is scheduling an early morning appointment and arriving a little early to ensure you get a space. I do hope this helps.

Mine was a painful experience as I had implants but Dr. Styger did everything he could to make it less painful and apologising every time I flinched. very good indeed ,except I was charged £104 for cleaning which took 15 minutes ! that is £400 an hour rate ,it may be reasonable for many but I am retired now and it is equal to one week of pension ! I have to stop doing this now . – How would you describe your overall experience?

Just to follow-up on your comments about mobile phone usage in the waiting area.
The team discussed this at length at our meeting this week. We agreed that it would be difficult and somewhat unfair for us to ban our patients from using their mobile phones in the waiting area, a lot of patients use their phones to access work emails and often work when waiting for their appointments. What we can do however, is ask that patients step outside into the hall if they need to make a phone-call.

We have recently purchased some pens, crayons and colouring in books and have made these into gift bags for children who attend the practice - just a little something to keep them occupied if they are waiting.
