Efficient and friendly. Have been using Dr Brazier since a child and as I requested a Saturday appointment saw Dr Kriek this time. Straight forward service in a relaxed environment. Would recommend to anyone. – How would you describe your overall experience?

Regarding the fee's, we do offer a membership plan that allows patient to budget monthly for their routine treatment and gives them a 15% discount on all future treatment. If this is something you would like to consider, do let me know and I will give you a call to discuss over the phone.

Very very sad that Dale is leaving. He has been very kind to me on my visits and will be really missed. I get very nervous and he a way of making sure I'm calm. With regards to your comments about the TV and costs. We will arrange for the TV to be turned on, although many patients prefer music, although maybe we could have the news channel on in the background. Costs, I note that you have just joined our membership plan. This should be really helpful in assisting you to budget for your routine care as you can pay monthly. The plan also offers 15% discount off all treatment in the future which should help somewhat.

With regards to your comment about somewhere to hang outside clothes, we did try this once but most patients felt they wanted to take personal belongings into the surgery with them, where they can hang them behond the door. However, there is an umbrella stand in the waiting area. I will bring this up again at the next team meeting and let you know what we decide.

Thank you also for the wonderful ratings. With regards to your comment about the carpark, we are fortunate enough to be able to offer free parking for 8 cars, plus 2 disabled spaces for our patients. In addition, Morrisons is right next door and they offer free parking for up to 2 hours. There is also a paid carpark just at the bottom of the road. I think we are the only practice in Weybridge that has parking for patients. If it has been difficult for you in the past, then you may want to consider booking the first appointment of the day, which will usually guarantee a space at Portmore.
