Just a quick email to follow up on your query about having some bits and bob to hand to entertain our little patients when they visit the practice.

We have recently purchased some pens, crayons and colouring in books and have made these into gift bags for children who attend the practice - just a little something to keep them occupied if they are waiting.

With regards to the whitening gel, we do usually keep a stock of this at the practice, it must just be a very popular few weeks for tooth whitening, I expect due to holiday season. If you give us a quick call in future we will always make sure we have some ready for you for when you next come in.

Excellent. I have had some ghastly experiences over the years and Eben and his nurse (huge apologies but I have forgotten her name) are wonderfully caring, reassuring and efficient. I am really not keen about dentists and dental treatment but when I have to go to one it will always be to the good people of Portmore. I take on board your low rating for time keeping with dismay and can only apologise for keeping you waiting. Sometimes if our first patient of the clinic arrives a little late, it can throw us out for the whole session, we hate to run late as we understand how frustrating this is for patients and how valuable their time is.

Please accept our sincere apologies for our timekeeping yesterday, I do hope its a 'one-off'.
